Be part of something bigger.
UCL is London’s Global University. We are a diverse, intellectual community of more than 14,000 staff and 50,000 students from 150 different countries. We were founded in 1826 and are based in the heart of London. Our mission is to inspire, impact, and move the world forward, guided by our principle that education is for the many, not the few.
We have a progressive and integrated approach to our teaching and research – championing innovation, creativity and cross-disciplinary working. We teach our students how to think, not what to think, and see them as partners, collaborators and contributors.
We want our students to have an outstanding experience from the first moment they consider applying to us to after they graduate. We are seeking a modernising, transformative Executive Director of Student Services to join the Vice President (Operations) professional services leadership team and provide strategic direction and transformational leadership of UCL’s Student and Registry Services with the objective of making our student facing services the best in sector resulting in an improved and inspiring student experience aligned with the overall UCL Strategy. We are seeking an individual who will bring a relentless focus on service excellence with experience gained in large complex organisations. You will be a sophisticated communicator able to enthuse, inspire and influence at all levels. You will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of leading high performing teams and a deep affinity to the power of higher education to transform lives.
This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to have real impact at UCL and in the wider higher education sector. We are open to candidates from other sectors who want to make a difference.
At UCL we move the world forward. If you want to be part of something bigger, please contact Enfys Evans on email@example.com or 020 7426 3996 for a confidential briefing discussion.
How to Apply
