As Director of Campus Infrastructure & Operations you will join the Estates Senior Leadership Team to make our campus central to the identity and brand of UCL. You will lead the development and delivery of our Campus Experience and Infrastructure Strategy, working in partnership with academic departments to ensure facilities are safe, accessible and efficient and to set the benchmark for the higher education sector.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills able to enthuse, inspire and influence at all levels. You will be a strategic leader with significant operational experience of hard services, able to balance both vision and delivery. You will have a proven track record of initiating transformational change resulting in demonstratable advancement and improvement in operational estates delivery and user experience across a large-scale, diverse, high-footfall property and facilities portfolio.
